Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 04/04/2023
Last updated: 05/28/2026

Our commitment

Funnel Fuse, LLC ("Funnel Fuse," "we," "our," "us") is committed to ensuring that funnelfuse.com and all related digital properties we own and operate are accessible to people of all abilities. We believe that everyone, including individuals with disabilities, deserves equal access to the information, services, and tools offered on our website.

We work to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA also means our implementation is intended to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is referenced in many U.S. and international accessibility laws and regulations.

Conformance status

WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Funnel Fuse is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of our content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps and continue improving the experience for all users.

This statement is not a formal declaration of conformity. We have not yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit. Our conformance status is based on internal self-evaluation, automated scans, and ongoing manual testing.

Scope of this statement

This statement covers the following properties owned and operated by Funnel Fuse, LLC:

  • The primary marketing website at funnelfuse.com
  • All subdomains owned and operated by Funnel Fuse, LLC, including the customer portal at portal.funnelfuse.com
  • Any landing pages and funnels hosted on our ClickFunnels 2.0 workspace at funnel domains we control

This statement does not extend to third-party content embedded on or linked from our site, including but not limited to:

  • ClickFunnels-hosted product pages that we do not directly control
  • Skool community pages and embedded community content
  • Substack newsletter pages and embeds
  • Calendly scheduling pages
  • Stripe checkout pages
  • YouTube, Vimeo, or other embedded video players
  • Zoom meeting interfaces
  • Any third-party plugins, widgets, or integrations not built directly by Funnel Fuse

Where third-party tools are essential to our service, we make reasonable efforts to select vendors that publish their own accessibility statements and to work with users who experience barriers in those tools.

How to access our accessibility features

An accessibility menu is available on every page of funnelfuse.com.

Look for the circular accessibility icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen — a person symbol inside an orange circle. Click or tap the icon to open the accessibility menu, where you can toggle features and adjust settings to suit your needs. Your preferences are saved in your browser and persist across visits.

The accessibility menu can also be opened with keyboard navigation. Press the Tab key from the top of any page to find the "Skip to main content" link and the accessibility menu trigger. Press Enter to activate the menu, and use Tab and Arrow keys to navigate between options. Press Escape to close the menu.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some content on funnelfuse.com may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Embedded third-party content. Calendly booking widgets, Stripe checkout pages, Skool community embeds, YouTube videos, Substack newsletter embeds, and similar third-party tools may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are working with these providers and exploring accessible alternatives where possible.
  • Older content. Some legacy pages, blog posts, and PDF documents created before our current accessibility initiative may not yet meet current standards. We are remediating older content on a rolling basis as it is accessed, updated, or flagged for review.
  • User-generated content. Comments, testimonials, and content submitted by users may not always meet accessibility standards. We encourage all contributors to follow accessible content practices and remediate flagged user content where practical.
  • Automatically generated alternative text. Our system automatically generates contextual alt text for images that do not have author-provided alternatives. While this significantly improves baseline accessibility, automatically generated text may occasionally be less descriptive than ideal or, in rare cases, contextually inaccurate. We continue to refine these descriptions over time and prioritize manual alt text for primary marketing imagery.
  • Live or recently uploaded content. Newly published content may briefly be available before accessibility review is complete. Where this occurs, we prioritize remediation as quickly as practical.

If you encounter any of these limitations and need help accessing specific content, please contact us using the information below and we will work to provide the information in an accessible format at no cost.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We treat it as an ongoing commitment and incorporate the following practices:

  • New site features and content are reviewed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria before launch
  • Our design and development team uses accessibility-aware tools and follows accessible-by-default principles
  • We periodically audit funnelfuse.com using automated accessibility scanners and manual review
  • We respond promptly to user-reported accessibility issues
  • We update our accessibility implementation as standards and best practices evolve, including periodic review of newly adopted WCAG 2.2 success criteria such as focus appearance (2.4.11), dragging movements (2.5.7), target size (2.5.8), and accessible authentication (3.3.8)
  • We test on real assistive technology including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation

Technical specifications

Accessibility on funnelfuse.com relies on the following technologies working with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML
  • WAI-ARIA
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. Our website is designed to function with JavaScript enabled. Some accessibility features may not function correctly if JavaScript is disabled.

Assessment approach

Funnel Fuse, LLC has assessed the accessibility of funnelfuse.com using the following approach:

  • Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria
  • Automated testing using browser-based accessibility scanners (axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse)
  • Manual testing using keyboard navigation and screen reader software (NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Ongoing review as new content and features are published

We recognize that self-assessment is not equivalent to a third-party audit. We are open to having an independent accessibility audit conducted as our resources allow.

Standards we work toward

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, World Wide Web Consortium) — our primary target
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — satisfied as a backward-compatible subset of WCAG 2.2
  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, where applicable to materials we provide to federally-funded entities
  • Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as it applies to private commercial websites that constitute places of public accommodation

While Funnel Fuse, LLC is not a state or local government entity and is therefore not directly subject to the ADA Title II web accessibility rule published by the U.S. Department of Justice in 2024, we have voluntarily adopted WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our internal accessibility benchmark because it represents the current international best-practice standard for digital accessibility (W3C Recommendation, October 2023).

Jurisdictional scope

This statement is prepared from the perspective of a United States–based business. Funnel Fuse, LLC is headquartered in Arizona, USA.

  • European Union (EAA) note: The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) took effect on June 28, 2025. Funnel Fuse, LLC qualifies as a microenterprise under the EAA's small-business exemption (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover under €2 million) and is therefore not directly subject to the EAA's accessibility obligations. We nonetheless aim to provide an accessible experience to all visitors regardless of location.
  • Other jurisdictions: Visitors from other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local accessibility laws. We will work in good faith to address accessibility requests from any visitor.
