Answering our most common questions
10 business days for up to two projects. If you're adding more than two packages in the same engagement, we add 5 business days per additional project. The clock starts on the Monday following your kickoff call, which is why all kickoff calls are on Mondays. That keeps the build schedule clean and predictable for everyone.
It's a 90-minute working session with Malia, ideally scheduled within a week of your deposit. We map out your brand strategy, your value ladder, and exactly what needs to get built. Your proposal, contract, and custom invoice all come out of this call. You have 14 days after the session to review and commit to the project. Malia has sold this session standalone for $2,000. It's included with your deposit.
You'll complete an intake form right after your deposit, which walks you through everything and prompts you to schedule your Blueprint Session. Generally: your offer details, any existing branding (logo, colors, fonts), photos or images you want used, any copy or messaging you already have, and access to your ClickFunnels account. The more complete your intake form, the faster and cleaner the build. Your PM will follow up if anything is missing.
If your offer is legal and you're selling it on ClickFunnels, we can build for it. We've worked across coaching, consulting, info products, service businesses, e-commerce, events, and more. What we need is a clear offer, not a perfect one, a clear one. If you're unsure whether your niche is a fit, the Blueprint Session is where we figure that out together.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, let us know ahead of time and we'll move you to the next available slot. What we can't do is hold a spot indefinitely. If we don't hear from you within 30 days of your deposit, we'll reach out to check in and discuss next steps. And we only will reschedule once.

Your project includes a review round built into the process before final delivery. Once delivered, small tweaks and adjustments are part of that window. Significant scope changes, like adding pages, rebuilding sections, or changing the offer direction, fall outside the original package and can be quoted separately. Your PM will be clear about what falls within scope before the project wraps.
The $1,000 deposit is required to hold your spot and kick things off. Your full project invoice is due before the build begins. We don't offer internal installment plans, but we do have buy now, pay later options available at checkout so you can spread payments out on your end. If you have a specific situation, bring it up on your Blueprint Session and we'll see what makes sense.
If Malia gets on the call and doesn't think we can get you a result, she'll tell you before the contract is signed. We don't take projects we don't believe in. Your deposit stays with us, but you keep all the bonuses worth over $4997 USD, including your 1 month of VIP access to Scale It Up, both courses, and the Blueprint itself. You'll walk away with a complete strategy plan for your build regardless.
