This page explains what we can and can't promise about results, advice, affiliates, AI and the platforms we build on.

1. What this covers

This page applies to everything Funnel Fuse, LLC publishes: funnelfuse.com and the other websites, landing pages, offers, programs and domains Funnel Fuse operates that link to or incorporate this page, our emails and SMS, our social accounts, our courses, communities, live events and replays, our planning app, and any document, template or recording we provide. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service, Build Day Terms of Service (for Build Days) and Privacy Policy. This page explains expectations and limitations. It does not replace or reduce the commitments in our agreements.

2. Results and earnings

We make no guarantee of income or business results. We don't guarantee revenue, sales, profit, return on investment, conversion rates, leads, traffic, rankings, awards, business growth, ad performance, email deliverability, merchant approval or platform uptime.

What we commit to is set out in our agreements: we perform the agreed scope with reasonable skill and care. Timelines and delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless a project-specific agreement expressly guarantees a deadline. Some offers include a specific guarantee, such as the Build Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Those guarantees are governed by their own terms and are not guarantees of business results.

Outcomes depend on things outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, audience, traffic, follow-up, fulfillment, platform choices, and your own effort and decisions. Any figures we mention show what happened for particular people in their circumstances. They are not promises, projections, averages or typical results. Many people who buy business education don't get top-case results, and some earn nothing. Online business involves risk of loss, so spend only what you can afford, and get professional advice before making big commitments.

3. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials must reflect the person's genuine experience. They are individual experiences, not typical results, and they don't guarantee similar outcomes for you. Numbers clients report to us have not been independently audited. We publish testimonials only with permission.

Funnel Fuse may occasionally provide discounts, bonuses, complimentary access, founding-member pricing or other benefits to customers. If a testimonial or endorsement has a material connection requiring disclosure, Funnel Fuse will disclose that connection as required.

4. Not professional advice

What we publish and teach is general business and marketing education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or psychological advice, and we are not licensed to give it.

Legal pages. Unless your written scope expressly includes compliance-adjacent template content, we do not draft your legal pages, such as privacy policies, terms or disclaimers. For Build Days, legal pages are excluded unless added in writing. If we provide sample wording, templates, prompts, compliance-adjacent content or implementation help, it's a starting point, not legal advice, and it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for having a qualified professional review it. Please consult qualified professionals who know your situation before acting on any guidance.

5. Affiliate and compensation disclosure

Some links on our sites and in our emails may be affiliate links. Funnel Fuse may earn commissions from certain tools or services we recommend, at no additional cost to the purchaser. We aim to recommend tools we use, have used, or reasonably believe are appropriate for the use case discussed. Affiliate relationships do not change your responsibility to evaluate whether a third-party product or service is appropriate for your business.

We also run our own affiliate program, under which people who promote our offers may earn commissions. Our affiliates must clearly disclose that relationship, and their claims are their own, not ours. See our Terms of Service for the program rules.

6. AI-assisted content

We use AI tools to help with research, copy, design, graphics, code, automation, course and marketing materials, and client work. Our team reviews AI-assisted client deliverables before we deliver them. AI output can contain errors, outdated information or confident mistakes, so please verify anything you rely on, especially figures, legal wording and compliance claims. AI tools change over time and are run by providers with their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled when we use AI tools. Using AI does not change our obligations under our agreements.

7. Third parties, platforms and links

We build on platforms we don't own, including ClickFunnels and Skool, and we use third-party payment, email, scheduling, video, analytics and AI tools. Funnel Fuse specializes in building on ClickFunnels. We don't represent ClickFunnels and aren't responsible for its pricing, features, uptime or policy changes.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. We don't control their content, products, privacy practices or claims. Product names, logos and brands belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't imply endorsement or affiliation.

This site is not part of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Meta. It is not part of Google LLC or YouTube, and is not endorsed by either. It is not part of ClickFunnels and is not endorsed by ClickFunnels.

8. Forward-looking statements

Statements about what funnels or systems can do, market conditions or future results are forward-looking and uncertain. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and we aren't obliged to update them.

9. Accuracy, offers and changes

We work to keep our content correct and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, or that our sites will run without interruption or errors.

Pricing, offers, dates and program contents on our marketing pages may change going forward. The terms shown at checkout and any Service-Specific Terms for a purchase control over marketing pages. Later changes don't apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made. For example, a booked Build Day keeps the price you paid and the version of the Build Day Terms you accepted.
