Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2026 · Last Updated: September 26, 2026 · Questions: legal@funnelfuse.com

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and your choices.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Funnel Fuse, LLC ("Funnel Fuse," "we," "us") is an Arizona limited liability company at PO Box 465, Benson, AZ 85602. We design and build funnels, websites, courses, communities and apps, mostly on ClickFunnels, and we run coaching programs, live events, a template library and a free planning app.

This policy covers funnelfuse.com and its subdomains, including app.funnelfuse.ai, and the other websites, landing pages, forms, funnels, checkout pages, programs and offer-specific domains that Funnel Fuse operates and that link to or incorporate this policy, along with our email, SMS and client work. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or platforms you use independently, such as ClickFunnels, Skool, payment processors or Zoom. They have their own policies.

We are the controller of the information described here. When we handle personal information inside a client's systems as part of project work, such as the client's own customer or contact data, we act on the client's behalf, and our agreement with that client governs how we handle it. When we process personal information on your behalf in connection with your systems, customer lists, CRM records, integrations or similar project work, you remain responsible for determining your own legal basis, notices and instructions for that processing. If applicable law requires us to enter into a separate data processing agreement or similar addendum for a particular engagement, we will reasonably cooperate to put an appropriate agreement in place. This isn't legal advice about your own obligations.

This policy describes how we handle personal information. It does not add services to any project, and it does not mean we review or are responsible for your own privacy or legal compliance.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information from others

We may receive information from affiliates and partners who refer you, from advertising and analytics platforms reporting on our campaigns, and from publicly available business information we use to prepare for calls.

2.4 Information we don't want

Please don't send us government ID numbers, full payment-card numbers, health information or login passwords by email or SMS. If you need to share account access, use the method we give you, such as adding us as a collaborator. If you send us something sensitive anyway, we'll limit its use to what's needed for the reason you sent it, and not keep it longer than reasonably necessary.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may count as "selling" or "sharing" under California law, or as "targeted advertising" under other state laws. See Section 6 for how to opt out. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How we use AI tools

We use AI-assisted tools in our work, including for research, strategy support, copy, design, graphics, code, automation, workflows, analysis, implementation and technical assistance. Examples include ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Lovable, Marketing Secrets AI, Overskill, image-generation tools, coding tools, APIs and similar technology. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and the tools change over time.

When we use AI tools on client work, information you give us may be processed by those tools as reasonably necessary to provide the service. We use reasonable care in deciding what information to provide to AI tools, limit sensitive information where reasonably possible, and do not intentionally enter passwords, authentication credentials or full payment-card numbers into general-purpose AI tools, whatever type of account is used. Because we build CRM, email, automation and marketing systems, customer data may be processed through third-party software or AI-enabled services when reasonably necessary to perform authorized work. We take a purpose-limited, minimum-necessary approach, and we don't intentionally submit complete customer databases to general-purpose AI chatbots merely for convenience.

AI providers have their own terms and privacy practices, including how they retain information, and we don't control them. We don't promise that a particular provider will not retain or train on information unless that has been confirmed for the account we use. Where our agreement with you promises team review, our team reviews AI-assisted work before delivery. AI use does not limit our responsibility for our own contractual obligations, negligence or misconduct.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who need it to do their work for us:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, to protect people from harm, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent your contact details to anyone for their own marketing.

6. Cookies, tracking and your choices

Funnel Fuse and its service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, personalization and marketing, including these categories:

Available browser, device, platform or site controls may allow you to limit certain technologies. Blocking some technologies may affect how our sites work.

Privacy requests. You may submit a request about an applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, or another privacy choice, using the contact method in Section 13, and we will handle it as required by applicable law.

Email and SMS. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We'll still send transactional messages about your work, invoices and account after you opt out of marketing.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold and get a copy; correct it; delete it; receive it in a portable format; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; limit the use of sensitive information; withdraw consent; not be discriminated against for using these rights; and appeal if we deny a request.

How to make a request. Email legal@funnelfuse.com with your request and the email address or phone number you use with us. We'll verify who you are before acting, usually by confirming details we already hold. We don't charge for requests unless they are repetitive or excessive. An authorized agent may act for you with your written permission, which we'll verify.

Timing. Where U.S. state privacy laws apply, we respond within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days for complex requests, telling you why. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

If we say no. We'll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our decision with "appeal" in the subject line, and we'll answer within 45 days. If you're still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general, or, in the UK or EU, your data protection authority.

8. How long we keep it

Different kinds of records are kept for different periods:

Type of recordHow long we keep it
Inquiries that never became clients24 months from last contact
Working project files and restorable project assetsAs stated in your project terms. For Build Days, we may delete them beginning 30 days after your Support Period ends and have no obligation to store or restore them after that date. Please download your deliverables promptly.
Contracts, acceptance records, correspondence, invoices, payment and transaction records, and other business and legal recordsUp to 7 years, where reasonably necessary for business, tax, accounting, contractual or legal purposes
Marketing contactsUntil you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we don't contact you again
Community and course accountsWhile access is active, plus 12 months
Call and session recordings and transcriptsGenerally up to 24 months. Longer where reasonably necessary for an active client relationship, a dispute, a legal hold, a contractual record or a legal requirement, or where the recording is itself a deliverable
Website analyticsFor periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to our analytics providers' settings and applicable law

When a retention period ends, we take reasonable steps to delete the information or anonymize it so it no longer identifies you. Copies may remain in backups or third-party systems for a limited time until they are overwritten or removed in the normal course.

9. How we protect it

Funnel Fuse uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. Depending on the system and risk involved, safeguards may include access controls, encrypted connections, authentication controls, limited personnel access and other security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Funnel Fuse cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access to your accounts. Funnel Fuse limits Client-account access, such as ClickFunnels collaborator access, to personnel and service providers who reasonably need that access to perform or support the Services. We generally seek to discontinue active use of Client-account access when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the Services, support, troubleshooting, authorized portfolio activity, recordkeeping or another purpose described in the applicable agreement. Depending on the platform and how access was granted, Funnel Fuse may remain listed as a user, collaborator or authorized account until the Client or Funnel Fuse removes that access. Clients may revoke Funnel Fuse's access at any time, subject to the effect that loss of access may have on Services or support. While we work in or view your account, we may incidentally see other information in it, such as contact records; we treat that information as confidential and don't use it for our own purposes.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a risk to you, we'll notify you and the relevant regulators as the law requires.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and most of our service providers are too. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Funnel Fuse or its service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms or safeguards required by that law, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's own certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Funnel Fuse itself is not certified under the Data Privacy Framework. Funnel Fuse does not currently direct its marketing specifically to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland; if you are located there and use our sites or services, this policy still applies to your information as described here. You can ask us about the safeguard used for a particular transfer.

11. Children

Our sites and services are designed for business owners and are not directed to children. Paid services are available only to purchasers age 18 or older. We do not knowingly direct our sites or services to children, and we handle any personal information relating to a child as applicable law requires, including by taking reasonable steps to delete it if we learn we have received it in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email legal@funnelfuse.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll tell you by email or with a notice on our site before it takes effect.
