here's what happens after phase one
planning accordingly
plans tailored to your needs
This is where we enter into a Planning agreement and collect a deposit to execute the planning of the project. We will work with an architectural designer and a structural engineer to perfect the building plans. Upon completion we will order a survey of the lot and prepare for a building permit application.
budget & schedule
Guided through each step
We put together a comprehensive and detailed construction budget and schedule, working together with the client in a team-like arrangement. The Client will be responsible to visit a number of retail stores and suppliers to choose all finishings. Upon completion of the Planning agreement, we will then enter into a construction agreement, where the budget, and schedule will form part of that agreement.

Scott Klippenstein
Scott has been involved in Real Estate since he was 19, building a portfolio of $3 million with $1 million in equity by age 25. After that, his career shifted from rental real estate to construction, where Scott developed and built over $10 million in real estate assets over five years.
Since 2021, Scott’s focus has been on custom home building and refining systems to scale his construction business. He is passionate about delivering premium products to his clients and investors and is always learning ways to do so. In addition, Scott is an accomplished public speaker with some of his recent seminars including multi-family apartment building, asset protection and residential lease options.
