We believe the best results happen when both sides know what to expect. Here’s a plain-English guide to your rights and responsibilities as our client.

✅ Your Rights as a Client

  • Clear Deliverables – You’ll know exactly what’s included in your project or service.
  • Professional Work – We’ll deliver work that meets industry standards and reflects our expertise.
  • Timely Updates – You’ll receive project updates through your Client Portal, Loom videos, or designated communication channels.
  • Ownership After Payment – Once paid in full, you own your custom content within your accounts.
  • Support Window – You’ll receive a defined support period (e.g. 30 days) after delivery for launch adjustments.
  • Respectful Communication – We’ll treat you and your project with professionalism, care, and respect.

📌 Your Responsibilities as a Client

  • Be Clear and Decisive – Provide finalized offers, products, and branding assets (logos, colors, testimonials) before we start.
  • Stay Engaged – Respond to feedback requests within 5 business days to keep projects moving.
  • Consolidate Feedback – Submit revisions in a single list, not piecemeal emails, so we can work efficiently.
  • Promote Your Funnel – Remember: funnels don’t generate sales on their own. You are responsible for traffic, promotion, and marketing after delivery.
  • Respect Boundaries – We don’t work weekends or holidays, and communication happens through agreed channels (Slack, Notion, email).
  • Pay on Time – Work begins only after payment is received, and outstanding invoices must be settled promptly.
