Funnel Fuse® Revision Policy

Effective as of: August 30th, 2025

This Revision Policy applies to all Working Sessions (Done With You) and Quick Revisions (Done For You) provided by Funnel Fuse®, LLC. By purchasing a revision or session, you agree to the following terms:

1. One Request Per Order

Each revision request covers one specific change or set of related changes. If you need multiple unrelated changes, each must be purchased as a separate request.

2. Definition of a Revision

A “revision” means a set of updates submitted at the same time in writing. Piecemeal emails or additional requests made after the original submission will be treated as new revisions and billed separately.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard revisions are completed in approximately 2–5 business days (excluding holidays), depending on complexity.

Rush service (24 hours) may be available for an additional fee.

Turnaround time begins once full payment and all necessary details are received.

4. Working Sessions (Done With You)

Working Sessions are live Zoom calls with a Funnel Fuse® builder. We implement changes during the call only. Any work requested outside the session requires a separate revision order.

Disclaimer & Policies for Working Sessions:

You are paying for our time and expertise, not guaranteed results.

You may not meet with Malia directly. Sessions may be led by another qualified Funnel Fuse® team member.

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us or reschedule yourself at least twenty-four (24) hours before your session. Emergencies will be accommodated, but repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation without refund.

Working Sessions are not an email support service. Communication outside your scheduled session is not included and will require a separate paid request.

5. Quick Revisions (Done For You)

Quick Revisions are executed by our team without a call. Deliverables are based solely on what is outlined in your request form at checkout.

6. Out-of-Scope Requests

Requests that involve significant new features, additional pages, new funnel steps, or complex integrations will be deemed out of scope and quoted separately.

7. No Refunds After Work Begins

All revision purchases are non-refundable once work has started.

8. Disclaimer of Results

Revisions, whether completed through Quick Revisions (Done For You) or Working Sessions (Done With You), are limited to the changes requested. The Service Provider makes no guarantee that any revision will generate sales, leads, or revenue. The effectiveness of a funnel or website depends on factors outside of the Service Provider’s control, including the Client’s offers, audience, traffic, and marketing efforts.

8. Agreement Control

This Revision Policy works together with the Funnel Fuse® Services Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the Services Agreement will control.

By purchasing a Working Session or a Revision, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Revision Policy.

Unauthorized use of this trademark is strictly prohibited and may violate federal law.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use does not imply endorsement.
