Paid Strategy Session Terms & Conditions

In the event of any inconsistency between the Services Agreement and this Paid Strategy Session Terms & Conditions, the terms of the Services Agreement viewable here shall control.

Effective as of: October, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all Paid Strategy Sessions provided by Funnel Fuse®, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing and scheduling a Paid Strategy Session (including Offer Gameplan Sessions and Project Strategy Sessions), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.1 Paid Strategy Sessions are designed to provide marketing strategy, funnel mapping, and project planning support.

1.2 Deliverables may include strategic consultation, verbal recommendations, session notes, funnel or value ladder mapping, and/or a PDF strategy document (“Deliverables”).

​1.3 Paid Strategy Sessions do not include funnel building, copywriting, design, or technical implementation unless separately contracted under a separate written agreement.

2.1 All fees are due in full at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

​2.2 All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion charges.

3.1 All fees for Paid Strategy Sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

3.2 If Client fails to attend a scheduled session, the session is deemed forfeited.

3.3 Client may reschedule with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice, subject to availability.

​3.4 Missed or late sessions may be rescheduled subject to payment of a $97 reschedule fee. One courtesy reschedule may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion.

4.1 Client is expected to attend at the scheduled time.

4.2 If Client arrives late, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time; additional time will not be provided.

​4.3 If Client is more than twenty (20) minutes late, the session may be deemed forfeited, with no refund.

The Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide content, approvals, or timely communication. Deadlines may be extended to account for such delays. The Client may request a temporary pause of services due to extraordinary circumstances, subject to approval by the Service Provider.

5.1 Offer Gameplan deliverables are generally provided within one (1) to three (3) business days after the session.

5.2 Project Strategy Sessions may result in a PDF blueprint or scope-of-work document, typically delivered within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

​5.3 Timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by Client’s failure to provide information, feedback, or cooperation may extend delivery.

6.1 Client acknowledges and agrees that:

7.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, processes, designs, and strategy documents, remain the exclusive property of Funnel Fuse®, LLC.

7.2 Company grants Client a limited, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for Client’s own internal business purposes.

​7.3 Client may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or otherwise use Company’s intellectual property for third-party benefit without prior written consent.

8.1 All Clients are subject to the same policies, processes, and procedures, regardless of business size, revenue, industry status, or accolades.

​8.2 No special treatment is provided outside of these terms, ensuring fairness and consistency across all engagements.

9.1 Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Paid Strategy Session.

​9.2 Company’s maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the applicable Paid Strategy Session.

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

​10.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to mediation in Cochise County, Arizona. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to Paid Strategy Sessions and supersedes all prior communications, whether oral or written. No modification of this Agreement is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By purchasing, booking, or using services from Funnel Fuse®, LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Digital Services Agreement.
